1.Search Launch – Interview Critical
Stakeholders Within the Organization

  • Gain insight into the competitive landscape, business strategies, culture, strengths, weaknesses, and specific competencies and characteristics candidates must possess.
  • Discuss details about the role including upcoming projects and expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Establish a timeline for communication and updates.

2.Prepare Search Profile

  • Create the search profile from information gathered from the search launch meeting to include education and certification requirements and work history and track record in areas emphasized as priority.
  • Prepare a candidate questionnaire based on the search profile to aid in preliminary assessment of competency.

3.Identify Candidates for Direct Outreach

  • MTA will target candidates for direct outreach based on the search profile and collaborate with colleagues and a national network of healthcare executives to identify preliminary candidates and start having conversations.

4.Conduct Video Interviews with potential candidates

  • MTA will conduct video interviews with candidates who appear to be a match based on the search criteria and provide a detailed career summary in addition to their questionnaire responses for client review and assessment

5.Facilitate Client Video Calls

  • MTA will facilitate client video calls with candidates selected for preliminary interviews.

6.PXT Assessment

  • MTA will provide the PXT Select assessment to candidates scheduled for a site visit. The evaluation will measure the candidate’s match to the role based on thinking style, behavioral traits and interests and provide behavioral interview questions based on the individual responses.

7.Verify Post-Secondary Degrees, Relevant
Certifications, and Licenses

  • MTA will verify credentials and references for the finalists selected for a site visit to include former superiors, subordinates, and peers.

8.Facilitate site visits

  • MTA will collaborate with clients to arrange site visits and set up community tours specific to the candidate’s family needs (community tours, schools, church, etc.).

9.Facilitate The Offer

  • MTA will work with the client and candidate to facilitate an offer, acceptance, and start date and remain in touch with the candidate to meet any needs during the transition.

10.Respectfully Follow Up With Candidates

  • MTA remains engaged with candidates selected for consideration and respectfully closes the loop with those not chosen with appropriate feedback.

11. Conclude The Search and Onboarding

  • MTA will remain in touch with the client and successful candidate during the onboarding process and assist as needed as we celebrate a successful collaboration.
